The vehicle, which can travel up to 800 km on a single charge, does this without sacrificing its performance. According to the statements made, Tesla Semi, which will consume 2.5 times less fuel than diesel vehicles, will also be able to save hundreds of thousands of dollars of companies in this respect.
Of course, when the vehicle in question is the TIR and its huge batteries, one cannot help thinking about how long it will take to fill them. However, thanks to the fast charging technology developed by Tesla, the Tesla Semi will be able to reach 70% occupancy in 30 minutes.
