What is Dalgona Coffee?
Dalgona Coffee is a South Korean trend drink that is becoming more and more popular with us at the moment. Instant coffee, sugar and hot water are mixed in a ratio of 1:1:1 to create a bittersweet cream. This then goes into the glass as a topping for the milk.
ingredients
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
200ml milk
ice cubes

Put instant coffee, sugar and 2 tablespoons of hot water in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes until you get a thick, creamy, light mass.

Heat the milk to your liking or pour it into a glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee cream on top and serve.
