3 different Pancake recipes to choose from
Everyone loves Pancakes and enjoys consuming breakfast in the morning. We offer 3 different tariffs for you to choose from.
1. Pancake recipe
Contents:
3 eggs(s), size M
750 ml of milk
400 grams of flour
1 pinch of salt
oil for pan
How to:
Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste, preferably with a food processor or hand mixer. Then cover the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
While the oil heats in the pan, briefly stir the batter again. Ladle the pancake batter one at a time into the hot pan. Cook until the underside is browned, then carefully flip. Fry the second side until golden brown.
Keep the finished pancakes warm in the hot oven (approximately 100°C top and bottom heat or convection) until all the batter is used up.
You either eat the crepes for sweet or you choose the savory one.
2. Pancake recipe
Contents:
4 egg(s), separated
250 ml water, hot
100 grams of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
400 grams of flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
500ml milk
fruit of your choice
clarified butter
How to:
Beat egg yolks with hot water, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add 250 g of flour, mix briefly. Then mix the milk and add the remaining flour with the baking powder. Let the dough rest for an hour.
Beat the egg whites and knead into the dough. Add ready-made fruit if you wish.
Fry both sides in batches in a pan with butter until golden brown.
3. Pancake recipe
Contents:
350 grams of flour
70 grams of sugar
6 eggs
250ml milk
250 ml mineral water, sparkling
1 teaspoon level baking powder
vegetable oil for cooking
How do we do:
separate the eggs. Beat egg white and sugar until stiff. Mix the egg yolk with milk and water. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg yolk/milk/water mixture. Fold in the whipped cream.
Heat the oil in the pan, cook the pancakes over medium-high heat until golden brown, turn the pancakes and cook again as above.
Egg whites, mineral water and baking soda make pancakes very airy and fluffy.
Taste hot and cold.
